I'm not one to complain about service, I work in customer service and have worked in fast food so I get it. But the man who took our order was just... omg. He had his phone in his shirt pocket and his phone started ringing halfway through our order and he had to take it out and shut it off we place our order and he walks away. We're waiting there cause we want to know how long our pizza will be, usually they'll tell you 20, 30 minutes. He doesn't give us our receipt and we stand there for a good few minutes. He sees us but ignores us. He also took his phone back out and called his friend literally while he was preparing food, he had one hand in the food and one on the phone! So my little brother reaches over the counter and grabs our receipt out of the machine (cause he hadn't removed it when it printed). And we wait and everything's good. Then we get our order and we ask for our dipping sauce, which we said chipotle, and the guy (different guy) who gave us the order said they don't even have chipotle which is fine but like why didn't the guy who took our order tell us that? Lol. Also my boyfriend who went in to grab our pizza when it was ready said that he saw the man who took our order putting his hands into someone's fries, like scooping the fries into the container with his bare hands, which Idk if he washed his hands I can't say, but you're supposed to wash your hands after handling cash. We found a hair in our pizza when we got home. Didn't call and complain it was more funny than anything to me. Just thought I'd share this story. If you're grossed out by hair and people not washing their hands, probably don't go here! I believe this was like Friday or Saturday the 26 or 27, around 6pm. He was a tall (Arab I think?) dude. The lady taking orders beside him was super nice tho
Allright it's been a few months ish since I wrote this and I went to pizza pizza again last night. After the guy stuck his hands in the fries I knew they probably weren't sanitary. I ordered chicken wings and fries and I got so sick. I woke up at 3:30am projectile vomiting. Vomited all night and all morning. It was awful -

I came here Sunday and asked for a large deluxe and if I could substitution pepperoni and have bacon instead. He had no idea what I was talking about and made me explain 3 times. "No pepperoni" then another person came and brought up the screen with the toppings. I asked for bacon instead of pepperoni, he said okay bacon. I still got pepperoni. I didn't say anything and just ate it even though I don't like pepperoni. The dough wasn't fully cooked either and me and my friend were freezing! While we ordered we could see our breath! I wish I had brought a winter jacket. (in spring). I won't be coming back.
